WirelessCar Establishes Japanese Subsidiary to Strengthen Support for Japanese Automakers  

WirelessCar (Headquartered in Sweden) currently develops/operates services and cloud-based API products for connected cars in totally 105 countries with total employees of roughly 750 in countries such as Europe, U.S., 8 Asian countries. WirelessCar announces its incorporation in Japan and its plan for further expansion and collaboration in Japan market.  

Establishment of the Japanese Subsidiary 

  • WirelessCar will establish its Japanese subsidiary on November 6, 2024, with an office in Tokyo. 

  • The company aims to double its revenue share from Japan by 2030. 

Strengthening Organizational Structure 

  • Initially, the subsidiary will focus on sales, but engineers will be gradually added. 

  • WirelessCar plans to collaborate with Japanese automakers on joint development projects.
